Salut! is a restaurant set up by 2 brothers: Martin and Christoph Lange.
Both grew up in the countryside of North East Germany and helped out in their parents’ restaurant from a very early age before proceeding to catering school. Christoph, trained as a chef and Martin in front of house. The cuisine could be classed as Modern European: a fusion between Nordic and French with some German influence. Salut! has a comfortable dining room with wooden tables and carefully sourced vintage furniture. Beautiful large windows let in loads of light during the day and with slow music, dimmed lights and candles, we create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere in the evening.
