for a drink?
You’re welcome to drop in for a glass of wine or a cocktail during our opening hours, subject to a table being available. There’s no need to order food.
Drinks-only visits are walk-in only. Friday and Saturday evenings are usually reserved for dining, although we may be able to welcome you for a drink if a table is free.

We work with several smaller wine suppliers to bring together a varied list, including some organic wines and bottles you might not have tried before.
Everyone on the team has their favourites, and we’ve tasted the wines we serve. Tell us what you usually enjoy, what you’re eating, or simply what you feel like drinking, and we’ll help you choose.

Our alcohol-free selection includes a Negroni, a spritz, sparkling wine and beer.
For private celebrations and larger bookings, we’re also happy to discuss bringing in something particular for your guests. Let us know what you have in mind when planning your event.

Cocktails with
a personal touch
Planning a celebration at Salut? We can create a drinks menu around you and your guests.
Tell us the spirits, flavours and cocktails you love. We can source ingredients and put together a personal selection of two to four cocktails, with names chosen for your occasion.
It could be your favourite classics, something created especially for the evening, or a mix of both. Alcohol-free options can be part of the menu too.
This service is available for whole-restaurant hire. We can also arrange bespoke drinks for larger table bookings with at least two weeks’ notice.
